    Mornin' BBB

    Kinda like my Monday, really. Going into work this AM. Got home by 8:15 pm EST after getting up at 4:20 AM German time (6 hrs ahead). So it basically took 19 hrs from the time we hopped on the train in Ansbach to the time we walked into home sweet home. Exhausted. Got a wee nap on plane but neither of us got much shut eye. Pups are still with Geoff, I'll pick them up on the way home tonight.
    Saw the movies 65 and Dungeons and Dragons on the plane in hopes of getting lulled to sleep with bad and mediocre movies in that order. Sadly, I just watched bad/mediocre movies.
    The 'rents got DGS out for a stroll in their transformer baby buggy yesterday for some vit D.
    Good news for Jim, if there can be good news in a cancer diagnosis.

    Welcome home Lee!! I’m sure you’ll sleep good tonight.

    Ruby woke me up twice last night. Itchy, biting, scratching. Err. Gave her benedryl.

    Ran, walked 2 miles yesterday. Took me 12:38. If my legs aren’t too tired, I’ll hit it again today. Trying to get to 5 miles without stopping. I was sucking air though.

    Hoping your back gets better skip. Enjoy that pool.

    Continue praying for the cozier family.

    Cecilia is starting to unravel a bit, so it's good that I'm heading down there next week.

    Meetings and audit work are the theme of the day today. That and getting my dry cleaning back. It's weird that because of my travel schedule, I'm already planning outfits for 3 weeks from now.

    • I have a good friend who was a Delta pilot. He dreamed of getting enough seniority that he could get an international route. He finally got it and then decided all the time changes wasn't for him.

    • Lou, I heard of a guy who had 14 pairs of gray slacks and 14 white shirts. Deciding what to wear was never a problem.

    We're not high rollers, Skip, just regulars. The hotels want to be full; there is no chance to make money from an empty room. Those comped offers never cover times when big events are drawing players into town.

    Glad you made it home safely Lee. Sorry you had to go straight back to work.

    Had a bit of rain yesterday, mostly during when we would bike so we took the day off. Hopefully they have the gravel ckean3d off the shoulders already...they are usually pretty good at cleanup here.

    Going to book lodging for 6 weeks of travel today. Ouch. Honolulu is more expensive than Sydney. By a ton.

    Highly unlikely Redskins will come back. DS1 is working way too many hours in his mommas opinion, and then at night at home as well. Isn't life about balance!

    Hawaii is inflated due to the covid shutdowns and millions lost in travel revenue I'm sure.
