Another Newbie

New to MFP, but not new to a (mostly) healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately, I am STILL struggling with post-M weight gain, but am determined to get this 25 lbs off once and for all. It doesn't look like this group is very active, but I'm hoping that maybe some of us newcomers can change that.

Thinking maybe a "Topic of the Week" would be fun. I've been trying a mini HIIT full body workout 5-6 days a week (at home), but would love to know what you're doing for a daily workout (and how long) or if you only do a few days a week (and how long). GO!
