I agree with Ron, Steph. Election year/US politics and the media frenzy make me nauseous. I will refrain from further comment and ranting.
Puppies and kittens! There, I'm in a better mood and less nauseous now.
Hope the weather is enjoyable for Mary while Glamping.
I'd join the VFW if it wasn't for the fact I never served on foreign soil during a conflict, unless you want to count a seminar I did with a bunch of Army cooks in a Mexican restaurant.

Good morning
Even this rain since my much too early 5:30am wake time can't ruin a Monday off work. I'm watching a comedy on Netflix, Wine Country and dh is still asleep its only 7:30a. Forecasting for a rainy day so well take a ride into town later.

This little group thrives because, for the most part, we refrain from discussing politics and religion. I suspect we are far more diverse in our views than might be expected, and look, we all get along. Wish our country could do the same.
Going to be a hot week, in the Pacific Northwest. Mid-week it might hit 110 down in Oregon and we will be high 90s, at least. Glad we installed AC a few years back.1 -

I just spent the first night away from Ron since my last business trip almost exactly 4 years ago. Crazy.
I won't lie I used the whole bed, cranked up the heat ( 50 degree cooler in SD than AZ) and watched SUV reruns all evening. I miss him but also enjoyed the alone time.
Grandma is doing well. Walking to scheels in a bit, if it stops raining then will head to her apartment. Ill grab an uber if the weather doesnt clear up. Aunt will pick me up around lunch to take me to the airport.0 -

Good afternoon BBB Friends.
- I got up way too early to go cook breakfast for the Methodist Men.
- Our speaker is a neighbor who was in the White House, first Army and later Secret Service, during every President from Eisenhower to Clinton. You can imagine the stories he tells.
- Hear, Hear Dave.
- Lee, the VFW won't have me either which is why I belong to the American Legion. Then again, I've never complained about the Air Force chosing to send me to Germany during the Vietnam War.

I had an excellent wedding weekend. My bf looked beautiful. It was a gorgeous event. It was nice to spend time with my ds2 and his girl too. We’re up next. 8 months to go.
I gained 6# ha. I know it’s not actual day but seeing the 150# on the scale this am had me gasping.
Steph. Since gary’s back in my bed every night it took a big adjustment. Years I had it to myself. Ha ha.
I have wings in the smoker for dinner tonight and a clean house here. Whew!!0
