    • Up early with Tucker..... who is now, after a long walk and breakfast, is fast asleep again🐶....
    • The first 15 years of our marriage were mostly separate beds while I was in Firehouse. Took a long time to get used to every night....😎😎😎
    • Not much action at County Fair for VFW Recruiting table last night. Rain didn't help! Oh well!
    • Long day ahead - but Pizza food truck @ our community center/pool tonight. Planning to meet neighbors for some pizza and pool time.
    • Hope to get out for a car wash later if I can unchain from the desk.
    • Lou - when do you leave? Safe travels.
    • We need some updated photos of the BBB furballs. Perhaps it will spur the Gentlemen from GA to find another pup to impatiently wait for him at the door :-)

    Good morning.

    I've been spoiled for the last month sleeping with the fan on every night and just the top sheet. I sleep on "my side" of the bed though.

    Will be heading to the airport around lunchtime with the hope it getting on an earlier flight to Houston. I hate hanging out in that airport, but I'd just assume be there in case there are any problems with my later flight out of Austin that could make me miss the flight to Brazil. The international flights eventually go no matter what's going on, but the little hops on the regional airlines always seem to have problems.

    My bags are packed and I'm ready to go 🎶

    We're just trying to stay cool, up here, where today's temp should near 100. That used to set records for Tumwater, now it is an annual occurance.

    Safe travels Lou. I'm with you on getting to the international Airport, way more options.

    I thankfully had no issues with my allegiant flight. The plane was bigger and more full than I expected. But if it was canceled next flight to Arizona was Thursday.

    I don't drink enough on travel days so feeling pretty dehydrated today. I assume we will do a short bikeride then just chill today.

    Good Afternoon,
    Safe travels Lou.
    Hot and Humid here but cooler and lower humidity expected tomorrow.
    Every time I start thinking about another pup then I think about training, cleaning up accidents, getting someone to care for when gone, cost for vet, food and grooming, getting up during night, early in morning or going out late at night and I decide I'm better off petting neighbors dogs.
