    Good morning!

I spent all day yesterday working on inventory. I love it! THAT is a key reason I switched jobs. I didn't have the opportunity to be a "real accountant" at my prior job.

Yesterday was one of those rare, cool late summer days. How did I spend it? Inside all day at work, and then out in the yard weed whacking for about an hour. I don't know about you guys, but I have a two stroke gas weed whacker. It really gets heavy and kills my back after a long session like that.

We are in the very unusual position for us of having too many tomatoes for us to eat. I've been taking a few to work with me. They are appreciated there.

Lee, I hope the arm heals quickly. I have a few pet marks on me too.

Prayers of healing for everyone in our group.

    Good morning gentlemen.

Heat continues in the Northwest. The high today in Tumwater should be 98. Pretty hot for this neck of the woods. I'll try to get Sassy out for a walk this morning while it's still fairly cool.

Enjoyed DGD's birthday party, yesterday as we adults sat under a big tree and talked all afternoon while the dozen or so kids played games and splashed on a waterslide bounce house they rented for the day.

    Good Morning

Our heat continues. A good day to stay inside. We had a good day out yesterday with a nice lunch and we thoroughly enjoyed Oppenheimer. My back held together fairly well with just some Tylenol ER, but it is not so happy today so I will take it easy. I see the Pain Drs office on Friday to discuss that and review cancer treatment for any possible conflicts.

Water slide bounce house....that sounds like a lot of fun.

    Good Afternoon,
I'm gain for anti-aging serum, just tell me where I can get it.
    Bill, hope pain eases today.
HOT and HUMID today, front coming through this afternoon should be cooler with lower humidity for a few days.
Steve, great that you are doing what you enjoy at work.
We were loaded with tomatoes and had planned on sharing with neighbors but deer have eaten most of vines and taken a bite out of most green tomatoes.

    Good afternoon.

Bible study this morning—haven’t been in many weeks. A woman there we’ve been praying for had good news. After a few years of worsening cancer, her chemotherapy has finally resulted in improvement, and looks cautiously promising. I thought we wouldn’t have her with us much longer; she looks great too—healthy.

Will be getting ready the next few days for our camping trip to Lake George area on Friday, me and 2 DS's. A small private campsite through “TheDyrt.com", sort of like Air BnB for camping; a campsite on a stream near a waterfall and private swimming hole, bordering the Adirondacks. Shawn has a swimming race on Lake George on Saturday. He also does triathlons now. Ambitious guy for a 2-time liver transplant recipient.

65º high today here. Somebody took the heat and moved it all to the rest of the country I think.

Went to DD’s house and tuned their piano again with new app. Sounds great afterwards, the app is so easy to use. DD’s cat is on her last legs, I think. 16 years old maybe, but she still runs the house as far as the Bernese Mountain dog is concerned. Lee, take care of that scratch, which I’m sure you are.

Have a good one out there.

    Good Morning

Pain levels are finally reducing. We have another near triple digit day ahead so I may head over to the gym for some cycle work on my knee and perhaps a short stroll on the treadmill. I may just take it easy one more day and take things slow around here, although my fatigue levels from the treatment are high so slow and easy is about all I got. Lots of things to do are backed up now. Dr's office called yesterday to go over my treatment schedule. Everything is on schedule but my frustration with it all remains in need of minding. But I am glad we are on the schedule that was originally laid out and I learned a bit more about who is doing what and where.
