What's your plateau?

You can be stuck at any weight. I'm in my 50s, always slim and athletic but gained 30 lbs over the years. Now I'm pre-diabetic and trying to get below 170lbs. I'm stuck here... 15 lbs above goal.

I want to get to 165 to continue my path to better health. This is in agreement with my doctor...

Any ideas? What works? Why are we stuck?

I need support and company to figure this out.
