    Start weight (August 20st): 99.3 kg (2 day average)
    Goal weight (Christmas): 92.0 kg (lose 7.3 kg)
    Week 3 (Sept 10th): 96.7 kg (lost 1.0 kg this week, 2.6 kg in total, 4.7 kg to go)
    Week 4 (Sept 17th): 97.0 kg (gained 0.3 kg this week, lost 2.3 kg in total, 5.0 kg to go)
    Week 5 (Sept 24th): 96.7 kg (lost 0.3 kg this week, 2.6 kg in total, 4.7 kg to go)

    Despite very challenging week (away on business trip for 4 days, coming home to 2 parties...) I did manage to lose weight! Started doing intermittent fasting. Keto-diet brought me a lot of weight loss and energy couple of years ago, but was not sustainable socially as I had to cook my own meal every day. Now let's see what Intermittent Fasting brings me, first 4 days felt great!

    1 week workouts: gym 2 hours 30 minutes. Walks 9.9km

    My weight has gone -1.3kg since entering this group. I think its good to lose slow. My weight is now 74 kg.

    Great to have lost weight again, now on an average of losing 0.5 kg / week. Started time-restricted eating 1,5 weeks ago. I think it will help me to restrict calorie intake. Bet even better: it makes me feel very energetic, so sticking to it! :-)

    Great to have lost weight again, although not too much this week (couple of "challenging days" again with parties and dinners... Do see some positive changes in the shape of my body, so motivated to continue!

    Whoop whoop! Lost 0.9 kg this week! Must be because this was a reletively easy week. Now two more challenging weeks ahead food-wise (on holiday, on trips, on family weekend), so will get in some extra physical activity and stick to the plan. Goal in coming 2 weeks: maintain weight at low 95 kg. After that: less challenges, so getting to 92 kg before Christmas is still doable :-)

    No loss this week, but that's OK: it was a holiday week, with trip abroad and lots of festivities. Now getting back on track. Hope to be stable for another week with festivities, and then go for another 6-7 weeks of losing weight...

    Oops, gained weight, not surprisingly after 2 weeks with festivities. Going to get back on track from this week until christmas. Still some 8 weeks to go so hope to get some kg's of...

    Very small loss the week: busy at work, sad news about a colleague, too little sleep, not enough exercise. So sticking to the plan is hard. Will try to spiral out in the coming weeks: starting with indoor cycling today!

    OK, very small loss again this week. But it is a loss and this is the hardest time of year: too busy at work, dark/cold/wet outside, short days, lots of festivities. So any loss is good. And just finished a 40+ km outdoor ride, so hopeful to keep losing. Trying to get to 93.X kg around Christmas seems like a doable goal still.

    Was on my way to a big loss, but festivities and treats spoiled my last two days. No wories: still going down and getting in some hefty exercise today to make up for it and start the new week healthy±

    My journey was good this year. Lost 8kg and only dieted 4 months. Have been sick. Got couple flu and then my muscle got hit badly. But still my weight is 72kg. Im happy on that. Next year goal is to be 65kg and keep going 3 times gym and 2 times run a week.
