    • MRI results show a bone spur on nerve in L5/S1. Still don't meet Neuro for over another month. Ugh.

    My knees are killing me. I’ve been taking ibuprofen for 2 days. I think it’s arthritis kicking in. A body in motion stays in
    Motion. I’ll keep pushing thru.

    Going to ride Toad to yoga, with cooler temps need to get ride in tomorrow or Friday.
    Hope spur is not giving too much trouble, believe seating is main issue.

    Would you people come and take your hot weather back. We found it up here on Puget Sound. It was 100 yesterday and is forecast for 97, today.

    Hope Lou doesn't meet any surprises on his travels.

    My extensive Googling has yielded the information that L5/S1 is the most common source of nerve issues and pain. My own MRI came up with problems in L3/L4/L5. My neuro appointment is next week. I feel your pain, Skip - almost literally.

    Our vacation is going awesome

    Fished my childhood lake and saw my grandparents cottage yesterday. Nostalgic! Caught little throw backs only.

    Waiting on baby Tony and ds2,ddil and Maggie dog to arrive shortly. Can't wait I miss them all!

    Weather is 80's and sunny today. Perfect
