    Good morning gentlemen.

    Glad you are all enjoying your rest, this morning.

    I'm hitting the road south, this morning, driving down to Oregon to see my mother and sister. I'll be drive back up this evening. It's a three-hour drive each way: 160 miles. Hope my nerves hold up to all that sitting.

    Dave, I hope the drive goes will. Try getting out every our or so and and walking a bit. That used to work for me on long drives.

    My visit to the Pain Drs Office was thorough but not what I hoped for. We quickly agreed it was time for an epidural. But when the found out I was being treated for prostate cancer the told me they don't do steroidal based treatments on cancer patients. I got a maybe if the oncologist will sign off. So my new treatment plan is lots of tramadol, 3-4 a day, and muscle relaxant. Suddenly I get a 30 day supply of 120 pills. I am hoping a combination of proactive icing and Tensing, stretching and the pills as needed will get me through. Heather will the driving once I am medicated. Combined with the fatigue I was in a proper fog yesterday after the 2nd. On the other hand I slept like a rock. Off to take some boxes of shredding to a shredding event by a local credit union and non profit. You can stay and see them shred your stuff. I have 6 boxes. Tri-Tip on the Ye Olde Weber tonight.
