    Good morning BBB friends.

    No heat out here, with a high of 76. I won't trade.

    Neurosurgeon went through my MRI and showed us that my spine and nerves are actually in very good shape, for an aging former soldier. Inflammation around the joints in my lower spine is the culprit. I'll need to get some injections to stop the inflammation and pain, and then targeted exercise to prevent its return. Much better diagnosis than I feared.

    My BIL, nephew, Cecília and I split a bottle of bourbon last night. Haven't heard from them yet.i was up at 6 per usual. 😂

    Good news Dave.

    Cutting out dairy and sugar has almost cured my joint inflammation.


    Bike ride this morning. Went further than. We should have for an easy day. I sent Ron home to get the car...I just wasn't up to the last big climb out of the river valley to home.

    This is my view while I wait.
