Good morning.
I'm up early because my body clock is on Brazilian time. So at 6 their time (4 in Austin), I was wide awake. This doss not bode well for the TWC conference and drive 2 hours each way.0 -

Praising God Almighty that it’s Friday. I joined this group on Facebook called work memes. Pretty funny stuff.
Still keeping my weight in check at under 150#. I’d like to be at the 140# mark by April 13th.
Safe travels Carrie and skip. Glad you had a nice vacation.
We need to pick up a cow at the butcher tomorrow which is about 1 mile from ds2. We told him That we’d give him some meat so we will get to see him for a few minutes anyway.

Can a dog sitter spoil the dog too much? I think not lol. Good bil is taking care of Tucker!
Its ladies only weekend at the lake ! Temps dropped from 90-100 to 70's and lower humidity. Should be a nice couple days there.
I'm hopeful to close the office and pick up my girlfriend at 10am, noon at the latest. Its her bday! Meeting her sister for dinner tonight too, who has a place near by.

- I saw a new 2nd digit on the scale I haven't seen for awhile and that's a good thing. Apparently eating less can prevent weight gain and actually help you lose. Who knew?

The neurosurgeon I saw last week suggested I lose 5-10 lbs. I'd say I need to lose closer to 20.
Muggy day ahead, in Tumwater, with a slight chance of rain and temps around 80. Most in the country would love that, but we complain.0 -
Packing up for trek home. It’s hard to get motivated when the Sun. Sand. And surf are staring at you from every window. Ugh.
Enjoyed another meal out and splurged on one of my favorite wines.
Anxious to get home to me pup.

Morning BBB
It's hotter in lots of the US than in Arizona this week. Mostly hovers around 100-105 for highs.
Here is my bike picture from the other day. This is about 5 miles from home.
We might need to re jigger our trip a bit. Apparently we likely won't get approved for a 6 month visa in NZ, usual is just 90 days. Not sure if we will just do a border run or add in something new.
My allergies are killing me this week.
Glad you made it home Lou. Your customs story is exactly why I think dad an Missy should fly the more expensive flight that doesn't go thru Canada. Once is all he can likely handle
