Snack and meal ideas???

I'm new to Herbalife and I'm looking for any snack/meal ideas. My coach told me that I need about 100 grams of protein a day and to take in around 1200 calories. Protein rich, but lower calorie foods seem to be harder to find.

What I've come across so far:
- Tuna (and other fish)
- Chicken and turkey
- Cottage cheese
- Edamame
- Beef Jerky
- Egg whites (4 grams of protein and 15 calories versus 6 grams of protein and 70 calories for the entire egg)
- Grilled fish fillet
- Tofu
- Soy beans and soy nuts
- Mozzarella cheese
- Greek yogurt

Any other ideas?

Oh, and just a helpful tip, but my coach told me that a good rule of thumb was to try to get close to 1 gram of protein for every 100 calories while looking at the nutritional info.

    You have got lots of ingredients for meals there of course and also check through some of the other posts here, sure there have been snack/meal ideas given within some of the topics. Lots of us have friended each other and we all get ideas from each others diaries too, feel free to join in and good luck, we are all doing pretty well :)

    You've got a great start. Combine some of those ingredients on a bed of baby spinach, throw on some roasted soy nuts (Herbalife, of course) and have an excellent meal. I would throw in one or two whole eggs a day if your calorie load can take it. Lots of nutrients in the yolks! Also, Herbalife Beverage mix - 15 grams protein for a 70 calorie hit.
