can anyone here tell me how to get an on-demand blood oxygen reading on my vivosmart 4? i read the manual, but when i follow the directions, it takes me to some kind of guided relaxation.

thanks!

I have a different watch (745) but I'll see if I can figure it out on mine, then maybe there are similar steps

i did find it - it doesn't work well while you're moving. in fact, it warns you to keep still. it gave me readings 10% or more under while moving. darn it!

that is how it works on my garmin. it works fine if you're sitting absolutely still, but when moving, it's way off and way low. darn it!

maybe i'll have to check out other fitness trackers...
