As one of the OG members, just wanted to say I'm back. I've actually been back for 2 months. Pretty much gained everything back and then some. Ballooned up to 291. I'm down 25 in 2 months. Daughter is getting married on July 13, 2024 and I wanted to be alive and look halfway decent in pictures. Just a heads up, I'm not doing much for commenting on other peoples posts. I don't even submit by diary, but I'm using it daily. I don't have time to comment on everyone's post, so don't be offended. Peace out brothas!
