Try to exercise if possible. I also read or play games on my iPad. It helps may not work for you but give it a try. You can also meditate if you are unsure how to Google it. Very simple to sit and think about your breathing and your minor goals.0

I'm thrilled if I get 5 hrs. Have never found anything to help other than Simply Sleep pills. Only take once a week or so.0
