    Good morning!

    It is going to be a HOT one today. Probably hotter than Atlanta. We will see very close to 100 today with climbing humidity. Ugh!

    I have not done a lot this weekend. I'm enjoying that. I do have some chores today, the worst being cleaning my bathroom. I cooked dogs and burgers on the smoker last night. Re-runs for dinner tonight.

    Cool and cloudy, here - 69 for a high. At least it isn't raining on all the holiday weekend campers.

    Walking with Sassy this morning. I'll mow the lawn this afternoon.

    Mornin' gents.

    Sunny and warm. Already worked up a big sweat and some cardio speed walking with M (me bride) along a local trout river. Glad we did it before it warmed up.
    Gonna swim the girls and then some chores whilst a rack of ribs slow smokes on the pellet smoker.

    Good Morning

    Moderate weather continues here under the cloud cover. It is nice to again be able to open windows and get a cool cross breeze. Today is goulash day. I have to run up to Bestbuy to pick up a Macbook I ordered for Heather on their Labor Day sale. An early Christmas present due to the sale. Her IPad is dying and she needs a computer to use her new craft cutter machine thingie. She doesn't get it till she finishes up packing up much of her craft room. I made a mess of my little corner of the living room reorganizing my dulcimer set up. I am trying to stay steady on banging on the thing. I am trying sitting again to see if I can play.

    Yes, the mid-West and some northern states are warmer than South. We should get up to 89 or 90 depending on site.
    Breakfast with Romeo's, really old men eating out; from neighborhood; usually doing a yoga class.
    Believe I'll have two slabs of back ribs on smoker this afternoon, have not decided what to fix to go with them.
    Thinking about buying a battery powered lawn mower, my old Honda has gotten where it doesn't cut smooth, self-propelled does not work and when warm is hard to start.
    Dave, nice little Christmas tree you turned.

    Battery powered mower will make you the envy of the neighborhood, Sam. Plus, you could mow at midnight and not disturb anyone.
    I ran down to the local market deli and purchased some slaw and tabouli. I'm also smoking cheese stuffed pablanos.
