    No bail required but very very late night after 2 hour rain delay. Dodgers beat us bad.

    VFW Meeting and perhaps some pool time later.

    Happy hour will be me and Tucker solo.

    Good morning BBB friends.

    A warm, summery day, today - 84 degrees and sunny. I'll be taking care of a few small repairs around the homestead before we leave for Vegas on Monday. I do hope I can catch some college football on TV, too.

    84° in the pool, Steph? You could come swim in our sink if he wants it warmer. 🤣

    Weight is back under goal after the past few weeks of poor choices and no movement. I actually had blue circles in the app all week. I can't recall the last time I made it through a weekend without having at least one day where I had a little too much fun with my points.

    I think we'll end up furniture shopping today or tomorrow. She went to Living Spaces on her own the other day and came up empty.

    Air tickets to Israel have been bought, so all that's left is to get payment made in December to the travel agency for the tour and then we're off in mid-February!

    Morning BBB

    Our meetup yesterday was fun. Didn't get home until 2pm, 3 hour bike ride and 3 hours visitingwith new friends. Had more than one pitcher of a delightful IPA and a big bowl of chips and guacamole.

    Today heading to Costco for flu shots and maybe a covid booster.

    Chilly start to morning but a electric space heater fan took the edge off

    Its 72F outside and 63F in.

    Boats are land locked on their lifts with the low lake water. Ecstatic we took the boat out of Lake last week. Whewww

    Badgers play tonite, a win is coming...for the Badgers !

    Dave, what’s in Vegas? As I recall, you’re not a big gambler.

    Mom and I left Indiana around 6:30. Made awesome time. Exactly 5 hours to get here. I have my air mattress on the floor and all made up.

    Steph, your day sounded terrific with beer and guac. Yum.

    Had lunch at a brewery. Went to a few more places. Not sure on dinner but I’m doing terrific since mom and I split food and DH isn’t here tempting me to drink. Oh, and the best part about lunch…..the kids bought!!!!

    Kelly, we are not big gamblers, but we are frequent gamblers. We play penny slots, for the most part. Vegas is just a nice getaway for us. We play slots, eat too much, maybe watch a show or two, and do a lot of people watching. We have averaged one or two Vegas trips a year for the last 13 years.
