    Hi dhawe. Nobody else seems to be on here, but I have a serious knitting addiction plus I am a yarn snob. I am grandma to 7 boys and one girl, so I have plenty of people to knit for. I am 70 and recently had total knee replacement. I thought I would have tons of knitting time in recovery, but discovered that therapy plus homework really cut into my knitting time.

    I hope you will come back here and maybe more knitters will join. Tell me your favorite item to knit, your favorite yarn, and how in the world you manage nightshift. I am a zombie by 9 pm. My two daughters-in-law are both RNs, one in late 20’s and one in late 30’s. They both say they are too old for nightshifts 😂

    I am in the Blue Ridge mountains of VA. Where are you?
