Good morning BBB! As you sip your favorite morning brew and let its warmth embrace you, settle in, for it's time to gather and unite for our morning roll call!

    G'Morning~
    • Hard to believe we are in the last quarter of the year! Wowza!
    • Lazy day with Tuck's yesterday. We watched alot of NatGeo (9-11 documentaries). Still seems like yesterday.
    • NFL day - so will likely rinse and repeat - a day in front of television.
    • DW/DMIL won't be home until quite late.
    • Congrats on WI and goals, Lou!
    • Hope you and DM had fun. I couldn't sleep on a blowup.

    Cheers,
    Skipper & Tuck

    Good morning.

Had a much needed 3 hour nap yesterday. Not sure who this new Lou is that's suddenly capable of sleeping during the day, but he seems nice. 🤣

Thanks to the aforementioned nap, there was no shopping yesterday, so that means today will probably be a make up day.

I loathe Costco. There's an author named James Fell who has a couple books on History and diet/Fitness. His writing style is filled with mommy and daddy words, but here's his near perfect summary of why I hate the place. Maybe wait until after church to read the link though.

    Good morning BBB friends.

I'll read the link later, but must say I love Costco. So there you go.

My Ducks pulled out a squeaker on the road, yesterday, and my WSU Cougs showed the Big isn't so big after all, so it was a good Saturday for me. Hope the Seahawks get the season off to a good start this afternoon.

OMG - i spewed coffee out of my nose! That was a funny soliloquy, Lou!

I refuse to go into a Warehouse store. If I can't find it on Instacart or Amazon....there is a high probability I don't need it.

    Good Sunday morning BBB Friends.
    • I wasn't working at church this morning, so I got to sleep in another hour. Praise be to God.
    • I was thinking of you this morning Lou. Our SS class teacher shared a music video from the Austin Stone Community Church.
    • I'm luke-warm on Costco. They have some good bargains, but I hate the crowds. I have the advantage of being able to go during the week.
    • Speaking of shopping our UMM breakfast is in the morning, so I need to go shopping.

They've done the entire Appalachian Trail and most of the Pacific Coast Trail. They had to skip about 400 miles due to snow, fires, etc. Maybe next year.

    Haha. Lou.

We have costco runs to a science. Get there before open, get gas, make a lap and get the necessities and be at the self checkout before there is a line. We never go mid day so I haven't seen samples in years. About once every 3 months I venture into the center...otherwise is produce, alcohol, hummus, coffee, dried fruit, penaut butter, peanuts and checkout. Now that we are leaving the US not sure if we will keep our membership much longer. There are costcos worldwide but without needing gas and moving fast not sure we will Get our money's worth. It just renewed so well keep it for this year, plus we booked our cruise via Costco travel which saved us over $1000
