    Did you ever get all the stank off the dog, Steve?
    Looking at the end of the tomato harvest. Waiting for figs on new fig tree to ripen.
    Was hoping to get boat in the water this weekend, but a big storm (may become Ophelia) coming up the east coast is going wet us down and blow around a bit. I might just get her winterized and be done with it and wait until spring.

    Beautiful day here, another cloudless sky. Hiking with a friend at 9.

    Lee, hope you get your boat out sometime this fall, we might still have a lot of nice days after Ophelia blows by.

    Good morning gentlemen.

    Took Sassy for a three-mile walk yesterday and actually felt a little tired. This summer of hip/leg pain has really messed with my fitness. I need to get back on the habit of walking four or five miles every day.

    It should be beautiful again today, and that's it. Tomorrow, cool rain arrives and stays for the next 10 days - just in time for our long weekend over at the coast. We will adapt and overcome.

    Good Morning

    We are enjoying nice, but smokey, fall weather. No complaints but I wouldn't turn up my nose if some rain came through. My new medication got approved by insurance yesterday. A bit pricey but if the Dr thinks it will be less of an up and down ride for me than with Tramadol. A film I place inside my cheek every 12 hours. It dissolves over 30 minutes into the bloodstream. It might take a week for the pharmacy to get in stock. We may try to get some of the larger packed boxes over to storage to keep things moving. Should be fun sliding them down the stairs. The rest of day depends on how that goes.
