    Good morning!

    We've received more than 2.5 inches of rain in the last two days. Today is supposed to be sunny. I need to get outside and pick up sticks and do some yard work. I also have not done any of my weekend chores yet. Ugh!

    Dave, have a great time on the coast. My Uncle lived in Walport, my grandparents lived in Lincoln City for a while, and my Aunt lived further south in Coos Bay. I don't know where you are going to be in relationship to any of those towns, but I hope you have a great trip!

    Bill, I hope your new meds help, and not set you back.

    Good morning gentlemen.

    We are staying in Pacific Beach, on the Washington Coast. We have a very comfortable 4-bedroom house. We lucked out on weather, yesterday. It rained for most of the drive over, but the afternoon and evening were cool but dry. We spent some time listening to an outdoor concert by a Fleetwood Mac cover band. Later we played a board game before bed. Fun times. Rain is expected back, today. We'll see.

    Good Morning

    Another Fall day on tap today. The new pain meds are working well so we may go for a walk today to see how that goes. I am still getting use to putting the film on the inside of my cheek but I imagine time will take care of that. Not much on tap today. Today I will work on music a bit, study and reflect a bit, and contemplate getting things done. Heather is leaving Thursday to visit her sister in Minnesota and meet our new Grandnephew in Madison so she is working on getting things ready. I have many options on things to work on. Perhaps I might actually pick one. I might get to the store and grill something tonight since it is nice outside with the end of the high heat.

    Down in Gulf Shores AL, sunny and warm, should get to 90 today.
    Glad new pain med is working Bill, the more active you can be the better off you will be,
    Mike is an inspiration to all of us.
    Steve what chores you do not get done today can wait till tomorrow or next week; how is Colin's job working out?
    Storm going up east coast, hope it is not putting anyone in harm's way.
    Lee, any trials this weekend?
    How is Bob progressing?
