Hi All,
I am 13 weeks PP and exclusively BF.
MFP has set my calorie intake at 1500 but I think that is a little low, considering I need to account 500cals for BF.
Any advice on how I can not starve lol

Hey there!
My nutritionist set my goal and always said make protein a priority, your body is still healing from giving birth! So for snacks, protein and a healthy carb- think low fat cheese sticks, nuts and seeds, edamame, yogurt, chicken breast paired with any vegetable or fruit. Food is fuel! If you’re feeling hungry, eat! Your body is producing energy for you and your baby.0
