Training day at work. Its me holding the other doctor's hand during a certain procedure. She is a bit intense, so this will be interesting.
Just did some breathing and stretching after 2 cups of coffee, and guess what? It was more energizing than sitting on my tookus drinking more coffee.

    Be OP ;-)

    Good morning!

We are in a drought. We were "promised" rain last night before the cold front comes in today. We have ,01 in the gauge this morning.

Work has been very, very busy. Our business is growing more than 50% a year. That is great, but it also creates growing problems that we get to tackle. I am still loving my job, but sometimes I feel my age.

    Have a great day!

    Mornin’

Another clear, sunny morning. My GE fridge seems to have conked out. I just bought it a couple of years ago, and last night I heard clunking noises. Now it seems to not be running at all, except the lightbulb inside still works…

Car inspection this morning, then piano class, then will have a look at the GE service manual to see if I can figure this out, or have to pay someone to work on it.

    Good morning gentlemen.

We're in the market for a new refrigerator. We bought our current one (a Kenmore) in Texas in 1994. GE has been on our "good brand" list. Bummer.

Getting our flu and RSV shots this morning. We'll schedule our COVID shot for next week.

    Good Morning,
    Happy Humping,
Feeling a little better this morning,
I'm waiting for scheduling MRI, CT, and brain scan; neuro 26th and they want me to see orthopedic.
I've got two GE fridges, last purchased 2018; called repair guy out he comes in with laptop, plugged it into fridge, hit a few keys and declared it repaired, no issues since and did charge seems there was a bulletin on fridge.
Deep breathing always helps calm the issues.

    Good Morning

Steve, my FB Profile was somehow copied. The message wasn't from me. I don't use all those emojis in my messages. A fellow from my old church had the same thing happen two days prior. PWs have been changed etc.

The new meds have changed my morning coffee routine since I have to place the film inside my cheek and not eat or drink for at least 30 minutes. I never had much luck with the French Press. I do a pour over of 439gms of off boil water slowly poured over 26gms of preferably fresh ground coffee into a 16oz mug. Done properly there are changing flavor notes. Today I will be doing more house work, which I do quite slowly, do some reading and writing, and my stretching work. Exciting stuff.

Sam, I am glad you got scheduled for the tests that I hope will reveal more about what is going on and how to treat it. And you are right, breathing exercises can work wonders. I will continue to pray for you.
