    Good Morning

    I woke bright and early at 3:30 and the brain would not turn back off so I gave up at 4:30 and came down stairs to have a bit of breakfast. My spacer gel injection is at 10:30 or so. In an hour or so I get to do a colon "purge". Fun times. Productive day yesterday in the morning as I find a rhythm that works with my energy levels. Not much planned today beyond recovering. Heather's coming with me so perhaps we will get a drive in.

    I have a follow-up appointment this morning, for the injection I got in my back. The results have been disappointing. We'll see what they have to say.

    I did spend some time on the shop, working on a natural-edge bowl I rough turned two years ago. It had a void in the wood that resulted in a hole in the bottom. I filled the hole with brass filings and glue. Still have it on the lathe, as I work to smooth it out. Last step will be to finish the bottom and buff it up.

    Good Morning,
    Going to a motorcycle rally today, coming back Saturday night. Driving car down because DW and DS does not think it is safe for me on trike. Will admit limitations with left side does effect clutch and gears.
    But overall doing much better.

    Hope Bob is doing better, have not seen anything from him lately.
