    Mornin' BBB.

I would taste that bourbon, Lou. I like the 115 reference. L'chiam! Hope that was not sacrilegious of me.
Looking good and comfy with Tucker yesterday. Hope it continues today.
Dog trial today with just Lucy. No need to run Babe since she has earned her championship and qualified for Nationals (not going), although no doubt she will feel left out.
We (me and two hunting springer spaniel buddies) are driving to S. Dakota Wednesday to hunt wild pheasant for a few days. It will be like going to the national trials except way more fun and less politics.
It will be the girls first time on wild pheasant. The pheasant in the NE are all stocked. Even though they have hunted wild grouse and woodcock, wild pheasant will be a radically new experience. Wild pheasant are explosive and very wary.

    Good morning BBB friends.

When I was a kid, pheasants used to walk through our backyard. They are one of the more successful invasive species. We'd flush them all the time when roaming the fields and woods with our BB guns. Now all that fallow farmland is subdivided, for miles.

Church, this morning, but no choir. The director has Covid.

Hope the Seahawks do better today, than my Ducks did yesterday. It's no fun being on the wrong side of an "instant classic."

    Good morning

So, I FINALLY upgraded my iPhone 7 to a iPhone SE. I’m just too cheap to spend a thousand or more on a phone. My 7 was locking up and not syncing right with my car. I think it’s just too old. So, yesterday I spent too much time and frustration trying to log into Facebook and banking accounts. The (insert your choice of cuss word here) phone wont let me. Errrrrrrr. Even though my passwords are saved. So, I’m at a loss.

I also bought(with my sister) an I watch for our mom. It detects falls and she doesn’t need to have the phone within 50 ft to work therefore, when she’s out in the garden we can get ahold of her. She’s very very frustrating sometimes now that she’s 82. She goes out all Willy Nilly never telling anyone where she’s at and we worry. She lives alone in the country on a farm.

Skip. Glad to see your home all recouping

Dave I sure hope your pain goes away soon. What’s the next step?

Where did you eat at Mary? Enjoy the baby today

Lee, enjoy the dog. I’m looking forward to some international travel myself.

Lou, hope your dad feels better soon. I do love a good bourbon.

    How’s Ron doing?

Take care everyone. I’ll cbl. I’m home alone all day. DH and #2 are headed to Detroit to buy a big truck. I just put on a pot of butternut squash soup

    Good morning.

The Bourbon Rabbi was well-received, even if it's not particularly good. Sometimes the gimmick is just as important as the taste, I guess. 🤷

Cecilia tried taking me out to shop for pants yesterday and it didn't work out unless she'll let me live my dream of wearing pants like MC Hammer.

    Good morning

Weather is still Crapola here. Glad we stayed home this weekend.

Made the weightwatchers 2 ingredient bagels this morning. Not overly impressed. Dinner is crock pot Buffalo shredded chicken wraps.

    Enjoy your Sunday BBB

Mary, that’s shredded chicken sounds good.

Well, I had to get a new email but was able to get back on Facebook. Only took me over 2 hours. Gee

    G'Afternoon~

Just getting around. Yesterday was a long day - but kept pumped with anti-inflammatory and pain pills all day and passed out around 9p last night and slept straight through until 3 today. Really needed that sleep!

DW just helped me get a hot scalding shower and dressed and now enjoying coffee and sourdough toast while watching the Nascar race.

APPL is usually a really great experience (transferring from one device to another). Sorry you are having any issues

    Pheasant hunt sounds great!

Tucker has been my sidekick - curled up right next to me the entire time I've been home. Sympathy sick perhaps! He's still loving his new diet of The Farmer's Dog!

Going to take the full week off of work. Nothing I need to run back to.

Cheers and TY for the checkin in's!

    Skipper
