I am fairly new (again) to MFP. I am technically vegetarian because I keep falling for the cheese and egg trap when I eat out with my family or I just don't plan ahead. I am a HUGE fan of Cleanfooddirtygirl.com and have 99% of their meal plans. I know how to sub nuts and fats when needed, but my problem is more stress or boredom eating and snacking.
I work from home, I love to cook and I am very good at it! So - no surprise, I also love to eat. Also, I need to lose like 90 lbs. And combined with boredom eating and lack of movement, nothing is happening. 😲 🫨 🫢
I am experimenting with McDougall, Engine 2 and Chef AJ recipes.
Anyone have some tips for how to get out of this rut?

Check out Chelsea Mae on YT. She has lots of good tips on calorie density, emotional eating, resetting taste buds, etc.0
