Hi all! I just joined the group. I am about 12 weeks pregnant with baby number 3! My husband and I have been married for just over 8 years, and have two boys. The oldest is 4 and the youngest is going to be 2 in a few weeks.

I've been feeling great over all, just tired. I have been trying to keep up on my workouts, currently doing ChaLEAN Extreme, and I am thinking of adding in some TurboFire.

    Congratulations! and welcome to the group :) I am doing zumba , little running since its so hot here :( and a turbokick class at the gym , mixed with weight training and a dash of aqua aerobics! We shall see how long I can go lol Happy healthy 9 months :)

    Welcome! You two are doing so much better than me... lol... I am still slowly losing weight ( I think) but I do not exercise at all ( guilty face :/ )

    I really need to start exercising because I know I have prolly lost some muscle mass along the way what little I have lol... I am going to try and motivate myself soon to start exercising but definitely once I hit third trimester... My goal was to start working out again at second trimester to prevent too much weight gain but some days I just don't have enough appetite to be able to workout cause working out would just put me even lower on my calories lol.... But I am excited for third trimester because I have given permission to eat anything I want on days that I work out since I do plan on trying to gain weight at that time... which works great because I hit third trimester right before thanksgiving and the holidays... YAY super excited about that lol...
