Because I was turned in the booth to face him while we was talking, he's now plopped his derriere on my thigh with my arm quasi-around him.
(Proof or it didn't happen pic below. Now keep in mind that PW1 had been drinking. But also remember that he uses an iPhone, so it's pretty hard to screw up a picture, but he managed to screw it up rather spectacularly.)
At this point he turns to PW1 and says, "See nothing from him. Just doesn't really know what to do here, so he's just going to see where this goes. But you, you're definitely gay. Spotted it the minute I walked over here. It's a shame you're inside the booth where I can't get to you."
PW1 has a look on his face best described as, "Well this took an unexpected turn."
(PW1 is married with 2 kids and is a pastor at his church, so I guess that was all just an elaborate ruse if our friend is to be believed)

Sleep training is on day two. Up until 11pm again last night. We tried our hands at origami and domino's to stay awake. Theory is to stay up way past your sleepy time so you stay asleep until your preferred wake time (he set his to 5 am). When you successfully stay asleep until morning for a week you can move back bedtime 15 minutes.
Going to explore the east side of t
he island today if he is up to it. Unfortunately the beach walking isn't great near us. We can only walk a mile or so, but the roads sort have much traffic. Will look for rental bikes this week.0 -

Well our little village if 20k has experienced its first potential school shooting incident that could've gone way bad . Perp was armed acting erratic in parking lot 630pm, 911 was called, he flipped up a bike rack on end & used it to climb to the school roof. 70 kids and adults inside at volleyballwent on lock down mode. 3 officers went up roof after him. He shot at them, they took him out. Thankful this was not way worse. And the police were safe too... It can happen anywhere. And it does these days.

Thanksgiving is only a month away and I've not set any plans yet. Its getting complicated, there is a bil on dh side I don't want here. He verbally disrespected my ddil once and my ds2 didn't take kindly to it. Nor ds2 should have... I Didn't either and we both had words with this bonehead at the time as well.This guy is an womanizing azzhat and has done other women wrong as well in past, not to mention what his antics do to his wife, who is dh's sister that puts up with him. Dh occassionally puts up with him for his sisters sake also. I don't, nor do I want to host him with "my" family. I'd have her here for the holiday with all our kids and grandkids, but her husband, no. They don't know that we know of his criminal record past details a few years ago, but we do, public records and all. Dear Abby. What to do?

It's hilarious! Sam nailed it! I guess we've been friends for so long that he can read my mind and predict my actions. By the way, the car will fit in the garage, but I'll be stationed at the Coast Guard Academy in Connecticut for the next 18 months or so, so it will be the first car in a while that won't be kept in the garage.
YIKES, MARY! Agree - life is too short to deal with caustic (anyone) people. Family or otherwise.

- I got to sleep in this morning for the 1st time in quite a while. Steph, staying up and watching MLB playoffs keeps me from going to bed too early.
- So, the 5th seed AL team is going to face the 6th seed NL team in the WS. Anything can happen in the playoffs.

- Sounds like a great opportunity other than the time away from home Skip. Our Del Webb Veterans Club has a good relationship with GA Military College, which is a service academy prep school. I may have some cadets I'll ask you to check in on.
- Yep Mary, most of us have that family member we'd like to disown. What does Tom think about not inviting him? Delicate balance.
- Sam, I got to ride some new Harleys at Biketoberfest. I still like the Street Glide. I will tell you it was good to get back on the Goldwing though.
