I have two previous members restarting this month. Karlysfreedom is moving back from support. 28haveitall would also like to restart. I am waiting on a start weight and weigh day.
Also, please remove 2PurrfectKats from the November challenge. She said that she is unable to continue.

28haveitall is no longer in the MFP system as a user name. Have they changed it? Or is there a spelling error?

Oops. It should be 28Haveitall2020. Her weigh day is Sunday and start weight is 256.6. Sorry for the confusion.1 -

Please remove karlysfreedom from the challenge. She no longer has anyway to get on the internet.
Also, please move me to maintenance starting in December. I still haven’t picked a maintenance range. How did you decide on yours? Thanks!0 -

This is great! I have adjusted my maintenance range from time to time - it has been stable now for quite a long time, but it took a while to hone it in. Look at your last month or so, and see what the lowest and highest are, make your highest a red line. If you go over it for 2 weeks in a row, you go back to the regular team until you are back in your range for 2 weeks. I bounced back and forth quite a few times - it helps a lot. You might never hit your lowest, but I find around a 5 pound range works well for me. Experiment! If you get too ravenous and want to eat all the things, that is too low for now. It may change once you're in your range for a while and your body adjusts.1 -

I am switching NWIs to EXC for this week, considering how many people may have been travelling, feasting, and generally making mayhem with weight loss! Back to normal next week.
