Supposed to rain all day.
Finally catching up on rest. Going to bed early and sleeping in late. Got over 8 hrs last night. Tylenol ER wore off and started getting achy, or I would have kept on sleeping in until sun up.
New fridge arriving today. Old one was only 12 yrs old but compressor went kaput. Expensive repair equals new fridge.

Lee, I think long gone are the days when you could expect appliances to go for 20 years or more. These days, your lucky to get 10 years. We just replaced dishwasher that was like 7 years old.
We are expecting our first mixed precipitation of the year today. Yuck. Nothing is supposed to stick.
I'm going to try to get several things done this morning before the Chiefs play in Denver this afternoon.

40º and overcast, rain later, a big change from the sunny Indian summer the last few days.
May go visit some family today, now that I’m not in quarantine anymore… 13 year old DGD went to a dance last night. Why do kids grow up?
After being laid up with COVID, there are lots of chores that need catching up. I should start that, too.

Our fridge was purchased in Texas in 1994, the dishwasher when we built the house in 2002. Plugging along without issue, though there are cosmetic problems with the refrigerator. They are Kenmore from before Sears faceplanted.
Another frosty morning, to be followed by a sunny day. Our beautiful fall weather will last through tomorrow, then rain comes back.
Got to watch most of the Ducks' game, yesterday. We'll see if I manage some Seahawks time, today.0 -

I always think half the preregistration stuff is a waste. You still need to arrive 60-90 minutes early and they still ask you the same questions. What do they think, we were only kidding the first time we answered..said the snarky old man. I didn't get too much done yesterday. I forgot I had an online group music lesson, so I spent time making sure I was familiar with and could easily play the melody line and spent an hour or so working on some chord drills and trying to figure out one of his comments. He ended up covering it in the first 10 minutes. The lesson was at 4:00, I run out of gas starting around 2:30 but it went quite well for a change. I got errands to run. We are in said shape in terms of groceries so I will have to go the market on a Weekend Day which I avoid. It is rather nice to go during the mid week days. More music and at least some backyard progress before I shut surrender to the fatigue and rest so I can make some dinner.0
