New Team Monthly Goals Coming for November 2023

Evening Hello Everyone,
You have done well for the Month of October! You have worked hard in meeting your goals. Congratulations on a Well Done Month! Good Job!
Tomorrow is our last day for October, let’s finish out the Month Strong.
Tomorrow I will be posting our New Team Goals for the Month of November.
We are heading into two heavy Holiday months, Thanksgiving in November and Christmas in December. As you know Holidays usually mean extra calories; so for the next two months we are focusing on Nutrition and Fitness Goals.
We will see what the Mayo clinic says about eating healthy and keeping fit even through the holidays.
We will look at what “Gorging” and what that type of eating does to our organs, if we are honest about this, on the holidays we eat all the “rich” foods and then practically starve ourselves while restricting even healthy food so we can eat all the “rich” food when the next meal comes around to “gorge” ourselves on.
So for November we will start the month off with proper Nutrition with adding a “Special Food” each week that is usually on our Holiday Table but with a “Healthier Twist” of preparing it. We will also focus on proper Fitness that will carry our bodies through the holiday season with keeping strong and fit and healthy. 😊
I encourage you to share your Healthy Tips and Healthy Recipes you use during the Special Holidays that come up!
