Wonderful time at my Mom's birthday party. It was nice getting to visit with her and also some of her very old friends. The wife of my 5th grade teacher was there. She has to be almost as old as mom. My sister dug up and brought every photo album Mom has. There was one that was full of photos from my mom's grandparents. Images that had to be from the 1880s and 90s. I had never seen that one.
Seahawks have a rough game at Baltimore. Not likely to win this one. It's early, too, so I'll be at church and will miss it, anyway.0 -

No daylight savings time here. Wonder if it will ever be canceled in US.
Today I'm learning how to pay bills and move money. Ron has been in charge of all of this since we got married. I only get the month end recap. But we decided it's probably smart if I at least know how. Especially the year end stuff as it is really the only complex thing so we don't owe more taxes than we need to. I'm taking good notes since there is no way I'm remembering all the steps.

Good morning BBB Friends.
- I got to sit in the bleachers during church this morning. I skipped SS. I'm not feeling 100%. I did take a home covid test and it was negative.
- I'm going back this afternoon for our All Saints Service honoring our members who passed this past year. I'm running the livestream.
- Happy Birthday Tucker. I hope you get some good stuff.
- I bet yesterday was special Dave, especially with the old pictures.
- DW did all the finances before I retired the first time and I then took them over. First thing I did was convert everything to on-line banking and bill payment. I've been trying to teach her how that works.
- How is Bitwarden working for you Steph? I love it. DW knows where to find the master password and from there she can get the rest.

My brother-in-law took this phone image, while we were posing for a photographer. This is my mom Sherry (100) with her three children: my sister Kristin (66), brother Paul (75) and me (73). Hope we can hang in there like she has.

Great photo. There are some really good genes there.
Bitwarden is working fine. No as organized as I wished but that is likely user error.
Ron has all the bills on autopay and checking account auto fills from savings so generally I just need to know how to make sure everything is running smoothly, check off receipts against credit card statement and sell stocks when we need more money. When we were working we did quarterly recaps.
We didn't really use a budget just more a large savings automated and spent the rest. If there was money left at the end of the month that got invested too. Now we do monthly recaps.0
