I qualify as being over 70 and would like to give and receive some support, accountability, and compaionship in my weight loss journey.
I'm a 74 year old retired accountant.
A few years ago I lost 50 pounds and have now gained 20 back.
I tried Weight Watchers. The accountability is good but the diet doesn't suit me.
I would love to hear about others' journeys and challenges.
