Good morning gentlemen.
No rain, today. We have prescriptions to pick up, and a bunch of other errands to run.
Stepped on the scale, yesterday, and I was up 4 lbs. I suspect a package of Oreos and a bowl; of Halloween candy are the main culprits. Immediate action is called for.0 -
Oops, trick or treat, Dave. The holidays in general are always my downfall, Christmas, Thanksgiving, birthdays, etc.
Off to Bible study, running late this morning.0 -
Good Morning,
Have a young lady that will began taking over my yoga classes.
Called yesterday to schedule another test doctor ordered, test results were on my chart, though some said had to be reviewed by doctor, asked what they suspected and was told all would be reviewed with doctor. My issue is they have moved doctor's appointment out three times, now after Christmas.
My weight has been holding no matter how much or little I eat, I am down twenty-six pounds from first of year. Bet weight goes up next week when we go to Tenn.0 -
Good Morning!
I find it more than annoying when the results are in but you are denied knowing them until the Dr visit. There should be a time limit for how long they can keep you in the dark.
I seem to be emerging from the fog a bit since my procedure on Friday. I screwed up a couple of orders on Amazon it seems. So we decided that perhaps I should hold back. I had to give up driving for now. we are going to do some clean up outside and get that project moving. I am feeling better and Heather is very determined but she will be keeping an eye on my out there. Beautiful weather to be outside.0 -
4 LB? 4LB? 4 LB? Gracious Dave you "da man" How big was that candy bowl anyway??
Light drizzle here for 20 min. but I think a mostly dry day in store.
Time to study the bible Mike old and new!
Gosh Sam sorry ya gotta wait for the doc to review the test results. Regardless of results I have good luck getting mine from MyChart before the doc sees them himself. Our general rule in Oregon is that test results are released as soon as they come out. I think there could be an exception but I thjink it would require extra steps from my docs. Dunno. I am very lucky to be able to go over them and do my research before having a discussion with my Doc.
Off to see one of my eye docs late this afternoon for an eye pressure check. Hoping my IOP is decent. I hate the Diamox (acetazolamide) pills. I take those pills for glaucoma in addition to combigan (brimonidine&timolol) 2x daily and latanoprost. Unfortunately they want me to stick it out until Jan 9th. hrmph!!!
Hanging in there.
Stay as healthy and as low in pain is you can everyone!!!0 -
Afternoon gents.
Yep, usually I can go through my portal and gets results, but that doesn't tell me what's going on in my doc's head.
Wish I was down 26 lbs.
4 lbs could be all water weight.
Eye drops for glaucoma are a bit of a drag. Canine patients are not big fans either.
Bill, are you not driving because you are still a wee bit loopey or just sore to sit?
Be OP ;-)

Good Morning
We have a similar law in California as in Oregon, but not all results show up there. My biopsy results didn't show there. I wasn't driving because I wasn't clear headed enough. But I seem to be improving. We worked outside for 1-2 hrs yesterday and I had no issues except for a cramping glute which causes sleep issues. I hope to finish emptying the rest of the compost and storage shed today. Little by little we will get there.
