Hysterectomy November 2021

Hi, I had a hysterectomy almost two years ago and have noticed some extra bulk on my belly. I do have one ovary, but the rest was taken. Pre-Hysterectomy, I had been diagnosed with PCOS, endometriosis and fibroids. Once in a while I'll experience pain like before; but any help on dropping some of this belly would be greatly appreciated.
