Hello everyone, I'm living with arthritis. It happen about five years ago in my late sixties. Between being a care giver to my husband and my diagnosis, I've put on about fifty pounds. New medication is helping me and I'm back in the weight loss game. Everyone take care. We're in this together

    I’m also new to MFP. I have Frontier’s disease, calcification of tendons and ligaments to the hips and spine. The pain is untreatable apparently. I take an anti-inflammatory, but it does nothing. I am eating right, just limited in my motions. Hope to start going to the gym beginning of the year. Thanks.
