“Cat is out of the bag.”
DMIL shared with the rest of family that she’s got stage 4 breast cancer that’s metastasized to lungs and beyond. Refusing treatments. She will be transferred to long term rehab to address the broken arm/shoulder and leg sometime this week. Ugh.
Sam? Who is this furry friend? Yours?
New car? Did I miss that post??
Still trying to determine how to tell DHS I can’t go to CT and take this job right now. Ugh.

Up early for me, Pablo thought it was time for us to get up. Did not like being put in crate last night, got him out around 3 took out walked up street came back in and pooped in floor. But he is learning fast.
At 7 this morning went out peed came back in stood on pee pad and pooped in floor
Very hard to type with his nose on computer.
Skip will continue to keep DMIL, DW and you in prayer.

Oh Skip, that's the worst bag of beans to spill. Pretty much what my DMIL did except she never went to a doctor and only learned what she had when forced by the kids to get her breast checked out.
If she's refusing treatment, then check into Hospice. They were incredibly helpful with Dad and provide care at whatever stage she's at as the cancer progresses. It can start as in-home assistance and progresses to what you normally think of with the inpatient hospital thing that my father went to.0 -

We are experiencing our first snow fall oh joy. Not. Likely will be gone by mid week. It is Purdy though
Cousins had a great day night here. First ones arrived at 1pm last ones left at 11pm. Today is put Thanksgiving away and do my laundry. Make some turkey veg soup. And relax!

So sorry to hear on all counts, Skip! You all must be crushed. I can't imagine that DHS won't forgive you on not going to the Coast Guard Academy due to sickness in the family.

We got Pablo yesterday, he's 11 weeks old and weighs 9 1/2 lbs.
He has lots more energy than I do.1 -
