Cold here. Put the snow thrower on the tractor, so hopefully that will prevent it from snowing anytime soon. Babe turned around this morning at the door when I put them out giving me the look that said "I would really like to come back to your warm bed".

Came in and turned on gas fireplace.

Fighting Dulles airport with nary a soul speaking English.
Finally found a Starbucks. Amen for mobile ordering. I don't know what language they were speaking.
DMIL still in hospital. DW fighting Medicare ago denied her rehab and skilled facility. Good grief. She will appeal today. One broken shoulder. One broken leg. Not sure what else they need to justify🤬
Cyber Monday gift arrived from APPL. I will spend down time at Dads setting that up.

Morning BBB
Ron was feeling good enough yesterday we joined friends for taco Tuesday. They didn't have a vegetarian option for the $1 tacos but the burrito we did have was delicious.
Today is a follow up eye appointment and I have a haircut this afternoon. Since we are staying put for awhile I'm cutting it short. I much prefer it short...it's just easier to notnhave styling tool when we travel faster.

Taking care of ourselves to take care of others is important too, let's not forget that. As I skip stopping for a bagel and down 2 eggs n spinach at home instead. I'm off to remote in with baby T today for a few hours.

Good morning BBB Friends.
- I got to sleep in this morning. For that I am grateful.
- I wasn't aware the bottom was going to drop out of the thermometer last night. I came home yesterday and DW had 'winterized' the house. As Sam said it dropped to 26° last night.
- FedEx is bringing us a new heated mattress pad today. The old one is getting flakey. Greatest invention ever.
- I am glad you have a new toy to play with while waiting for your dad Skip.
- DB is having fluid extracted from his neck to today. Hopefully they can analyze it and come up with a different infusion medicine for him. If this doesn't work, he is going to have some pretty radical neck surgery. They'll need to remove vertebrae and replace them with man-made ones to get rid of the infection.
- We'll let Lou and Dave figure out who is who in the new Odd Couple.
