Freezing my baguettes off here in Maine this morning!
Stole DF's truck to hit SBUX and find some "fresh" beer! He served up some skunk Miller last night that sat in his shed for an entire summer "cooking" - ugh!
CT showed a clot in DMIL lungs yesterday. Not sure what they'll do today. DW a wreck. Hits just keep on coming.
DF back surgery at 1p today. My back is killing me (this bed sucks)!

Final day of National Amateur Springer Field Trial Championships today. Got a training buddy in the hunt for a placement. His dog placed 3rd in the National Open a couple of weeks ago.
A lot of amateur handlers from Wisconsin. I guess Nebraska, where the event is being held, is just a short drive for Wisconsin folk. Although, I am not sure it is significantly warmer down there. Babe and Lucy both qualified, but I believe I would have tested the limits of my Mary's patience with my hobby if I had competed after my trip to S Dakota.

Continuing prayers for Skips df and dmil
Highs here today in 40's. Garage clean up today for ds2. They are getting new floors on their entire 1st floor soon other than family room. 31 boxes 740 sq ft, being delivered via FedEx from Cali flooring. Huge discount they couldn't pass up and installer wants to do it before Christmas. Oh joy. Gonna be a shitshow over there. Sigh. But in a good way! Going to look great!

I woke up at 5 this morning. Not sure how it's really supposed to be a Winter of Lou if I can't sleep until my alarm goes off, but whatever.
Continuing ed course was at Alamo Draft House yesterday. They told us to order off the menu. I'd say by around 3, half the room was working a good buzz. They presented a lot of information, but I don't know that any of us learned anything. 😉0 -
You know everyone learned which draft they preferred.
Sleep is overrated, Took Pablo out at 2:30 this morning then got up at 6 so I could take him out before going to my Emmaus group.

Mary, DS is young will not bother him like it would us. It took a week to do ours here.
I know everyone will not agree, but I always believed Henry Kissinger was trying to do what was best for nation. May he RIP.

- Skip and Carrie are in our thoughts in prayers. May your parents receive the best care possible.
- My DBs procedure was canx yesterday. The Dr. scheduled to do it didn't realize what he was getting into and refused to proceed. Now they have to reschedule and bring in the Dr. that recommended it.
- Tool needed to complete Stella's reassembly is coming today. Too cold to ride but I would like to get the girl back together.
- Lee, we bought a Biddeford Heated Mattress Pad from Kohls years ago. The controller on one side is getting a little flakey so we just bought a new one, same brand, same store. Turn it on a 1/2 hour before you go to bed and climb into warm comfort.

Bachelorhood, at age 73, ain't all it's cracked up to be. I can't get in the wild party mood on alcohol-free beer and coffee. DW comes home tomorrow. I can't wait.1 -
Well the Golden Bachelor seems to think different, he's had a good time. Lol
I haven't watched the show, but I have it on in the other room now, just to see who he picks smh! Dh has no interest.
