Heading back to Austin in a bit but will be road tripping back in a couple weeks to start playing human wrecking ball in the house. There's a lot of junk to be tossed and things to be boxed up. A lot. There's an area in the basement that I refer to as the River of Sh** that gives me palpitations just thinking about...

- I am not easily impressed often, but had an AMAZING experience at VA Hospital yesterday. Could not be more happy with the Doc I saw! WOW!
- DMIL continues to experience challenges. DW is dogged. Ugh.

Sorry for your loss, Skip. Cancer does suck. There is a lot of good work going on in the field of treatment/cure, but it still sadly takes too many too soon.
Glad it was a good experience at the VA hospital. Good docs are hard to find.
Baking is a bit like chemistry lab. A little too much of one thing or another, or the wrong substance can ruin the experiment.
I know a guy in the DC area who can advise you on acquiring car, Steph.
Stella got some exercise? Or is she stabled for the winter?

Lee, down here we can generally find. at least one day a week that's warn enough for a ride, plus Dennis has heated clothing.
Most car dealers around here have come to realize that MSRP plus are gone, some 10 to 15% below with special financing incentives.
Have a dog trainer coming by today to see if she can train me and Joanne.

- I only use the VA for my hearing aids, but I'm impressed with the service I get.

- Stella is all back together, and I am going for a short shakedown cruise this afternoon. Highs in the mid 50s today.

I need to head to the VA, today, for routine lab tests. Part of my annual checkup, just to keep my status active. Like Dennis, I just get my hearing aids from the VA, but I could get all care there and like to keep my options open.

Now, I have to fix mashed potatoes for 100-125 people for a fundraiser. Ha.

I just cancelled my 12.26 @8am dental appt. What was I thinking when I scheduled that! Self imposed cruelty on boxing day is so unnecessary! Glad a reminder popped Up!
Ds1 is driving home to Wisconsin for the holidays, flight prices are way up and he wants flexibility to come and go and also his own car here for a week.
DH on Sat. filled the tank on his HD, put the cover on and to bed for winter.
Today is my work while with baby T day! Temps climbing to 50s. A walk is in order for our lunch break today!
