    Good morning gentlemen.

Hope you are all doing well, today.

Still nursing Rita. I see progress, though. At least I haven't caught her crud.

Weather improved enough that I took Sassy out for a 3-mile walk, yesterday. Sadly, heavy rain is expected today.

Sam, I’m still laughing from yesterday’s description. Sounds like a Seinfeld episode or a Far Side comic strip. My sides hurts from laughing. Seriously though, I hope the test proves useful to the dopey doctors who forgot to let you know what’s involved.

No cats here, but DD’s beast of a dog pushes my hands away with her nose when I play their piano.

Forgot to post yesterday, and didn’t get in a walk all day. Did get out today for a hike around the local park today; forgot my water bottle and had to cut it short.

Memorial anniversary service this evening for daughter of friends, who died Christmas Day from flu last year.

Cooking chili for lunch, and a few days meals before I go away on retreat.

    Have a good day.

    Good Morning

Sam, I admit it, I laughed pretty hard at the picture. Hard to believe they didn't quite lay it all out for you before they sent you out into the world looking like a character in a low grade Sci Fi picture. I hope the results provide useful info and guidance.

I finally slept through most of the night and am feeling better. My sinuses seem to be responding to the antibiotic and breathing is easier. If it continues I will try the bed and CPAP again. I have been working on daily exercises and yesterday added a slow walk. If I don't go slow my back acts up, if I go up a hill my back acts up. But I went 11 minutes before I had to finally stop. I am hoping to both build endurance and strength as well as improved mobility. But I am on half my pain meds now and am moving better. I am feeling better in all ways and am thankful. I continue to pray for all of your situations. May you all find some joy in your life today!

    Afternoon gents.

So glad you got some sleep, Bill. I suffered from a piriformis (a real pita) flare up last night and did not sleep so good.
Sam, I feel for ya. That does not look fun or comfortable.
    Good for Rita.
I took the girls for a short hunt this am...stocking day and was a bit crowded with other hunters. I stayed on the flattest and easiest paths available and me dogs found their birds with much expediency.
    My piriformis was appreciative.

    Be OP ;-)
