    Mornin' BBB.

Prayers for smooth transfer back home and comfort for your DMIL, Skip. (((Carrie)))
Fingers crossed for Dennis' DB and Lou's DMIL.
A lady client came in the other day, 70ish, with a very cute kitty cat. She takes care of her husband with dementia and this particular cat he is very fond of. The lady's amazing attitude reminded me of me dad and how he cared for me mum with Alzheimer's like it was no big deal.

    Good morning BBB

O415 is too early to get up but I did. Sleeping straight through from 2130 so there that.

Hopefully the transition home with the BBBs dmils is a good as it can be. Prayers continue

Dh is off today and says he's picking up leaves one last time with the zero turn today and into his new shed it goes for winter.

We had a nice 60th bday steakhouse dinner for/with my bff of 50yrs last night. Yeap we've been best friends since we were 10yrs old. So blessed to have her in my life all these years.

Tonight we are having another couple over for some holiday cheer.

I'm baking Italian Vanilla cookies this morning. Then Mexican wedding cakes. And next week pizzelles and thats it. My cookie trays will represent a nod to my families ethnic heritages, and memories of those grammas no longer with us. These many recipes are traditions and mean alot to us, to me. Can't wait to celebrate with our grandbabies, their first Christmases

    Be well BBB

    Morning BBB

Car buying took way longer than I wanted it since we paid a facilitator too but Ron was having a good day so it went OK. All in it was 5.5 hours but 3 of that was the drive there and back.
We were home by 8. I'll post a picture once there is more light. I didn't think to take one yesterday. It's blue pearl.

I'm not sure the finance lady has ever had people not care about payment. She kept trying to to show us the 72 month packages and telling us if we put money down it would lower the payment. No thanks...I'll take your 2.9% money. It is however the only money I have ever borrowed except the mortgage so it was kinda wierd.

Prayers for Skip and Carrie today.

    Good morning.

Prayers for DMIL and Carrie, Skip.

My ongoing corruption of my colleagues continues at a good pace. Malört was well represented at the Christmas White Elephant Gift Exchange yesterday. wfvadjj2xa2c.jpg

    Good morning GoaD.
    • That's quite a sweater Lou.
    • Concert went well last night after many issues with the sound board. My partner who was running it was sweating bullets. I think our problems weren't heard by the audience. I need to go help with some clean up this morning. Glad to have it behind us.
    • Automobile dealership finance people are... Let's not go there.
    • My best to Carrie and Cecilia's Moms. They are in my prayers. May today go smoothly with lots of love.
    • I got a 50 mile motorbike ride in yesterday thanks to heated gear.

    Good morning BBB friends.

Hope the move back home goes well. Prayers for strength and grace in a hard time.

The finance officer at our car dealership really didn't like our finance deal -- we wrote a check for the full amount.

Have to do fasting labs at the Army hospital this morning. Last week was the VA hospital. Have to keep both my PCMs happy. Anyway, nothing but a cup of black coffee until I get that done.

    • Day one down. Had to have a few "conversations" with the Hospice Team - they didn't send DMIL home with supplies, meds, etc. You can rest assured those things will be here this morning with a big fat apology!
    • Pablo!!!!!
    • What a treasure, Mary! I count few friends, but they've been friends for years and most, I am closer to than me own family. #Blessed!
    • Tucker spent most of evening curled beside DMIL - getting down only to come to bed with me.
    • Can't wait to see the Outback whip pics!
    • LOVE LOVE the sweater, Lou!

Not sure I needed Instacart to remind me that I might have a drinking problem! Their "end of year summary" was subtle!

    Love the shirt Lou
Skip, at least you saved 43 hours, can that be added at end.
I'm a fair weather rider and that does not include cold.
Can't put a price on friends especially old friends.

    Good afternoon.

    Nice sweater Lou.

Praying and hoping for the best for the mother in laws and those who have to deal with it. And Ron too

Funny skip, lots of miller lite bought this year. I’d hate to know how much bourbon I’ve consumed. Speaking of that. I now have a smoker.

I can’t ever figure out how to post pictures. I try and it will say error. I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. I too was shocked that you can finance a car for 7 years. Wowzer.
