Good morning BBB! As you sip your favorite morning brew and let its warmth embrace you, settle in, for it's time to gather and unite for our morning roll-call!

Greetings from Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport. As the quote implies, I never slept last night. Too much back pain and dust allergy annoyance.

    Merry Christmas, folks!

Safe travels Lou. Hopefully you can catch a nap when you get home.

We are having a quiet morning at hime with coffee and pancakes. We will head to our friends late this morning where chaos will reign. I'm still doing all of the driving so will limit my drinks which will be hard as I'm sure they have delicious cocktails on the menu.

My family celebrated at dad's yesterday and I received 1 photo. They are terrible at taking photos without me. Hopefully one of the nieces took some.

    Merry Christmas to all.

    MERRY CHRISTMAS one and all,
    Such a cutie Lee.
We decided to have a early meal yesterday so kids could get home and setup for Santa. Did not work but they finally left, today we will have a quiet day with just me, DW Pablo.

    Merry Christmas BBB friends.

Love the photo, Lee. We have one very like that of our son, taken in Germany 35 years ago. His first crawl was an attempt to reach the Christmas tree in our German apartment.

Had a really nice service at church last night, even though I didn't like the major piece the choir sang (I don't like Mendelson). Got home and found Sassy had reached much farther over the kitchen counter than we thought she could. She ate a wrapped pita bread, a large slice of banana bread and four peanut butter cookies, with embedded Hershey's Kisses. She shows no ill effects from the chocolate, but I only gave her half her usual breakfast. Guess no open spot in the kitchen is safe.

DS, DDIL and grandkids are coming over this afternoon, not sure what time. We'll have supper at a normal time, I suppose. Everything will already be cooked and just needs to be warmed. What was life like without microwaves?

Wishing you all a peaceful, quiet day full of love and joy.

    Good Morning, BBB FAMILY!
    • Spent most of yesterday in ER (stood up from bed and collapsed) - 12 hours later, they gave me more Gabapentin and steriods and said come back if it gets worse. I mightve cussed out the ER Doc to remind the "on-call" Ortho Doc - I don't care how many *****kitten***** cups of Eggnog he's consumed but to get his (*KITTEN*) in here! It didn't happen! My actual Doc called me from India at 1030p last night to apologize and check in! Ugh!
    • We will exchange gifts in the house once DMIL gets cleaned up. It was a long day so everyone still moving slow today.
    • LOVE LOVE LOVE the pic, Lee! #Blessed!
    • Safe travels Lou!
    • Wonder how Christmas is on the High Seas? Anyone?
    • Enjoy the day each of you, my blessed friends!

Merry Christmas BBB Friends from somewhere in the Pacific Ocean.
    • We're still 2 days out of Hawaii.
    • We ended up with filet mignon and lobster for dinner last night. Oh, and a poor excuse for pecan pie.
    • I attended a weak Christmas eve service. Better than none.
    • Sorry about your physical issues Skip. Let's hope things get better in the new year.
    • I am sure you will be glad to get home Lou. All you need is DW but I'm sure your DMIL is happy to have her close.
    • Great pic Lee.
    • Are you out of the 'dog house' yet Sassy?
