Good morning gentlemen.
It is a strange experience following the current WW point system. There are so many zero-point foods that you can go through the day using almost none, then blow it up at the end. I have a total of 22 daily points. I used 1 point at breakfast, no points at lunch, one point at supper, then had a piece of leftover pumpkin pie for 19 points. Having a structure will help me lose. But I kind of regret signing up for six months. Anyway, I was down 4 lbs. from last Thursday, even with the indulgences of Christmas Day.
Rita made an appointment for Sassy to be groomed, today. We'll see how that goes.

Good Morning
Dave, just what I need to be reading as I am about ready to do the 6 mos sign up with WW. In the end if the structure keeps you eating healthy, losing at a healthy pace and enjoying life....so what?
Yesterday Heather and I had a fairly lazy day. I did the floors in the kitchen and family room and dusted and then we just lounged around. I didn't even exercise. Today I told her we need to get off our tuchus and not build a new sedentary habit. I have my annual cardiology check up. For cardio we are returning a jacket to Macy's. Since it is raining we will try walking the mall if it isn't too crowded. I am hoping to hear from the Radiation Oncology group about my starting my treatments next Wednesday. All in all it seems like a good time to refocus on intentional healthy living.0 -
Be nice to have the grandkids over Dave!!
Good luck Bill with cardiology and radiation oncology too.
Will do yoga (what I call "wimpy yoga" although that makes my yogi teachers upset. I just modify it for myself and that's it. )
Hang in there everybody!!

Late check in. Did piano lessons today and then some plumbing at EX’s house, watched some college football with DS afterwards. Heard 6 y.o. DGS Danny got his appendix out this morning. Already home sipping ginger ale.
“Onward and not upward” should be our slogan.1
