Before cancer I was Maintaining my optimal weight that was just right for my Body Frame and Height: I weighed between 125-127 pounds on average and my Height is just under 5 feet 5 inches tall. When diagnosed 3 years ago I weighed 130lbs.
Today I weigh 94 pounds.
So now I am trying to at least maintain the weight I have and not lose any further weight: ideally I would like to gain weight!
