Rise and shine. Dave, never heard of a nerve cyst…doesn’t sound like a fun time in the dentist chair. Don’t feel like a burden needing rides and things, that’s what we are ultimately all here for, to help each other out on our paths through life.

Bill, hope your radiation treatment went well yesterday.

Our hike yesterday went 5 miles. Only a little soreness in hip afterwards and it subsided quickly, which was encouraging. Piano chords today.

Prayers for everyone here dealing with this that and the other illnesses, aches and pains of life.

Have a good day everyone. Onward and, in pounds, downward.

    Good morning!

I'm starting out very sleepy this morning. I hope that changes before launching into the day. Lots going on. I'm not really minding it that much, it is just difficult prioritizing.

I had the ultimate praise yesterday from an Estes truck driver. He used to pick up from us at my old employer. He said they ask him if they have seen me. He said that the place has really changed since I left there. He can see how dysfunctional it is now, and how much of a difference I made there. I said that I was trying to bring my current employer into a better place. He said that he can see dramatic changes in my current employer since I started there. That made me feel so good. I do make a difference.

    Bill, praying for you friend.

    Have a great day!

    Good morning gentlemen.

    Good for you, Steve.

Glad you're getting out for hikes, Mike.

Today is the only day of the week with no appointments or obligations. Shop time, for sure. Yesterday, I did get out and finished a nice cherry bowl. It always feels good to bring something into the house for Rita's inspection and approval.

Hit 185 on the scale, yesterday. Only 20 more to go. It will be interesting to see what effect my upcoming surgeries will have on my weight loss.

    Good Morning

I am glad you were able to have that conversation with the truck driver. Some salve for what you endured trying to help the old company.

First week on WW resulted in 6 more lbs gone even with relaxing a bit on New Years. 24 total since early December. Doubling down on my focus so I don't get too 'relaxed'. Yesterday's first treatment was a breeze. We got up there early and they took me in early. They knew of my pain issues though I only had a few twinges getting on the table. Kinda interesting. Unfortunately you can't crane your neck around to look at it all. One of the techs explained some of it to me at the end. Best news is that my wife and I both apparently mis-heard the Oncologist on number of visits. Turns out it is only 25 not 55. Still smiling. The Oregon Coast just got a little closer! New morning routine for the next 5 weeks to ensure success also supports weight loss.. Pain levels have been great. Only taking 3 Tramadol a day these last few days and muscle relaxor as needed. Guy came and fixed the drain after upping his quote again and then found that is was a simpler problem then though and fixed it for about a 1/3 of the quote. It was in all sense of the words....A Good Day. B)

    Good Morning,
I've taken Pablo out twice for pee and poop each time. Took DGS for haircut about 35 miles West of here.
That has to make you feel good Steve.
    Good news Bill.
    Congrats on loss David.
I believe 5 miles would have my hips hurting, by I-phone I have hit fitness goal past three days.
