    Mornin’

No exercise yesterday… and this morning it’s 13º with feels like 3º, so hesitating on hiking. At least the sun is shining.

Looked over a free piano yesterday for DGD; lots of plusses, but also some minuses. Needs usual tuning and regulation. Not a lot of wear and tear, on ground floor with no stairs to outside, but its mechanical design is one that’s quite difficult to work on.

Had a nice conversation with DD in Bali last night. Also visited DS for awhile as well.

    Have a good day everyone.

    Good morning gentlemen.

Had a productive hour with two dog trainers, yesterday. We are already practicing some of what they told us, and Sassy is scheduled to spend a full day with them next week. A bit pricey (compared to doing nothing) but something we should have done for our pooch a couple years ago.

Pre-op appointment with my neurosurgeon this morning. I want to get a good picture of exactly how the procedure will go. I also need his opinion on when I can schedule my oral surgery.

    Good Morning

I hope you have a productive appointment with the surgeon Dave. I hope they answer your questions so you can move forward.

I didn't sleep to well last night with some pain issues, but after some add'l meds, I got 5 hours or so on the love seat in pieces. I didn't exercise or stretch yesterday so that probably contributed to it. The day got away from me after treatment, shopping etc. Heather is coming with me this morning so we can go for a walk afterwards at local large park down the road from the Cancer Center.

    Afternoon gents

Good luck with the surgeon, Dave. Love that you and Sassy are doing some training!
You sound very upbeat lately, Bill. Good to hear it coming through your posts. I was a little worried. A concerning diagnosis plus chronic pain can really affect your attitude.
How's the house hunting going, Mike.
Saw my primary care doc yesterday. She's awesome. We had a good talk and although me labs are good, my weight is not.
I joined the 10 month WW plan today.
