Having trouble syncing apps

Hey. I’ve followed all the steps multiple time and am still having problems syncing my trainerize, fitness pal, and my Apple health apps to communicate with each other. Any suggestions?? It won’t even say that my apps are even in the “connected” apps section. I’m so illiterate with this. Please help. Extremely discouraging.
