Hi everyone! Just a quick post for anyone that picked up the meal plans today! Please note that these plans are guides and can be adjusted for your intake levels. 1200 calories is very low, most likely lower than anyone in our group should be consuming (with any activity level) the idea is you can add to the guides to make it work with your individual calorie amount (ie add snacks or increase portion sizes to boost the 1200 up to 1500, etc.) We chose 1200 and 1700 to try and capture a good range of options, but I just don't want anyone cutting their intake too low by following the meal plan too closely and hurting themselves by under-nourishing/under-fueling!
