    Down 7lbs the end of this week. I'm worried moving forward about going out and keeping on track. Lots of birthdays at the end of this month and all next month. I feel I can handle eating out if I know where everyone plans to eat out. That way I can plan ahead on what I'm going to order. Avoiding looking at all the menu options makes it better for me. Wish me luck and I'll keep you guys posted.
